Careers Education and Guidance Programmes
Directions works with Careers Leaders and school/academy staff to plan, review and evaluate their careers policy and structured careers programme, in order to meet the needs of every student.
Advisers can organise careers fairs, mock interview days and other events as required.
Support and advice is available on maintaining up-to-date impartial careers information resources and labour market information.
Directions has resources to support the careers programme, including lesson plans.
Directions has excellent relationships with relevant agencies and can assist with arranging ‘meaningful encounters’ with employers, apprenticeship & training providers along with Further and Higher Education institutions.
