The Government’s new Careers Strategy and the Gatsby Benchmarks aim to ensure high quality careers guidance is available for all students, when they need it. Directions is committed to supporting this by working with schools/academies, colleges and governing bodies to provide high quality, independent and impartial careers advice and guidance services.
The Matrix Standard is a unique quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and support services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.
Directions is accredited with theMatrix Standard and continues to work towards not only maintaining, but improving on the quality service we deliver.
