Directions is highly experienced in advising and supporting schools/academies with meeting Statutory Guidelines, Gatsby Benchmarks and Quality Awards.
INSET can be delivered for staff delivering Careers Education Programmes and newly qualified teachers. Support is also available in preparation for OFSTED inspections and quality awards.
Directions can assist with the collection of statutory data – e.g. Intended Destination Survey, September Guarantee & Activity Survey. This also includes tracking activities to enable NEET reduction.
Advisers can work with staff and students on gaining ‘workplace experiences’ along with supporting activities, in line with the Gatsby Benchmarks.
Observation and evaluation of professional practice, to evidence the quality of career advisers/professionals who carry out one-to-one meetings with students.
Directions is a preferred supplier for the Make Happen project in Essex and can therefore deliver a range of activities and events to raise students’ aspirations.
