Independent Careers Guidance meetings/interviews
Directions offers individual Careers Guidance meetings with an experienced Careers Adviser, professionally qualified to level 6/7. This is an opportunity to students to talk about their ideas and plans for the future.
A Career Action Plan will be produced and shared with the student and school/academy (with permission).
Advisers can run drop in sessions during break, lunch or after school.
Directions can also offer support in keeping systematic records of personal guidance given to students, in line with Gatsby Benchmarks.
