William De Ferrers School in South Woodham Ferrers is a large comprehensive school with 1216 pupils aged 11-18, which includes 184 students in their thriving Sixth Form.  The school has recently become part of the Chelmsford Learning Partnership Academy Trust (CLP) which governs a number of primary & secondary schools in Essex.
